Zardari finds Palin gorgeous
Pakistan's newly sworn in president, Asif Ali Zardari was a little less than a gentle man when he met with Palin last week. His actions have created an outrage among people though out the world including Pakistan. President of a conservative Islam country should have thought a little about his actions. Surely, he was aware of the cameras? Strangely enough, this is not the first time such an incidence has occured.
In the past, then prime minister Shaukat Aziz tried to use his charm on Condoleezza Rice, but the experience left Aziz a wiser man in the end.“There was this test of wills where he was trying to use all his charm on her as a woman and she just basically stared him down. By the end of the meeting, he was babbling,” Pakistani media quoted.
Sarah Palin's behavior, however, was a little more disappointing in her handling of the matter. She acted more coy, a behavior, some may consider unfitting for a foreign policy expert as the McCain camp projects her.
She displayed similar incompetency when she met with the President of Afghanistan, Karzai, when the discussion, which lasted 29 seconds, was confined to his youngest born son, "Mirwais" which apparently means "light". Critics, however, are not seeing the same light on Sarah's competence in dealing with foreign ambassadors, a task she would have to be an expert on in the current political scenario.
